All sales are considered final unless otherwise stated below.
Custom Artwork & Commissions
All custom artwork, commissioned pieces, and personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Custom work requires dedicated time, materials, design preparation, and production. Once a custom order is placed and work has begun, the order cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded under any circumstances.
By purchasing custom artwork or commission services, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:
- The work is created specifically for them
- Materials and labor are committed once production begins
- Variations in materials, surfaces, or application conditions may affect the final result
- These factors do not qualify for refunds or chargebacks
Standard Products (Non-Custom Items)
For non-custom items such as standard prints or merchandise, returns may be considered within 14 days of delivery if the item arrives damaged or defective.
Items must be unused and returned in their original condition.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
